When we're able to pull together as a team and deliver a solution that makes a customer happy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is an entrepreneurial spirit and can-do attitude. If something needs to be changed, there is support to hear solutions and come up with a plan.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very thoughtful about all actions that the company takes. They want to build a company that is innovative & competitive, but also a place where employees want to work. They are very open to ideas and responsive to employees who want to share thoughtful feedback and suggestions.
