The leadership team at HSTM is really approachable and personable. I appreciate that they are generally transparent and give reasons behind decisions etc.

I have the best team and really enjoy working with the people at HealthStream. Everyone is unique and driven and enjoyable to work with.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with and understanding the impact of the work we do and how it aligns to our vision. The HSTM vision is really important to everyone and tied back to everything we do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel valued as an employee at HealthStream. The salary is fine, but think HSTM may have to get a little more aggressive in salary (or benefits) to keep high performers since Nashville as a growing city with big name companies coming in.
