What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People do like the saying that we are helping to improve healthcare by developing those who deliver care.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team members are friendly and very often give each other advice on what each of the different leaders value so you know how to navigate each of them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Market rate adjustments for current employees not just new hires. And don’t tell us to quit and come back to get paid more. Also, as a member of the richest family in TN do not refer to matching 401ks as an entitlement.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Leadership should not make fun of her staff behind their backs with her inner circle staff members. It always gets out. The culture has really suffered with the change in regime. A focus on caring for and about staff vs. just productivity would be nice.
