Overall I'm happy to work at Healthstream. The CEO is approachable at large events and receptive to feedback. The division I work in is very spread out at different offices, but we all work well together. When one team needs help, there are others available to help and that's the best.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health benefits are pretty good and at reasonable costs.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like when I can solve a problem and make a customer happy or move our products forward to make them better.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Coworkers are skilled and experienced and (almost) never look to blame when there's an issue but focus on resolving and learning from it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is engaged with company success and employee success and well-being, however, work hours can run long sometimes as we support hospitals that demand solutions quickly. Leadership is focused on results, but sometimes to a fault.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a friendly culture and people look to help others when they have time available. Feeling a part of a team where others are willing to help is the most reassuring feeling that a large, high pressure task isn't on my plate alone.
