I consistently give my company high marks. I recommend working here to everyone I know. If I had to offer any improvements, one would be promotions - if promoted, we are prorated come annual review time. It's like being punished for getting a promotion. Another would be 401K match.

Supportive people - sharing information - wanting each person to succeed.

Talented people with a commitment to delivering quality. Most of my team lives our values and believes in them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Communication, Excellent stewards of our cash flow, promote a culture of freedom in expressing ideas on new products, services and ways to do things better.
What makes you most happy at work?
Solving problems, coaching and mentoring, the sense of accomplishment from the projects I support. The people - it's great to work with amazing people.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Multi-layered. I interviewed with senior leadership all the way down to potential peers in my department. When I moved into a leadership role, I interviewed with key leaders in my department - but also leaders with whom I would interact on a regular basis.
