The mission and values of the company are strong and align with my personal values which is extremely important to me but turnover, poor communication and lack of leadership action make it hard to be excited about going to work everyday.

Working with my peers and mentoring those that are newer to the industry.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They value and promote work-life balance and a positive corporate culture. They do a great job being transparent and keeping employees informed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
everyone cares about each other and do whatever they can to lift one another up, especially when someone is going through a tough time.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I met and interviewed with multiple people within my department which helped me get a better feel for the culture that I would be working in.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Although the corporate culture, workplace and people are amazing, the pay and benefits are a bit lacking and turnover is high. I know of many people who have left for comparable jobs that paid much more.
