On the outside theres this culture glamour but once you're inside its another dev shop. Its overall been nice and see myself working here for many more years.

CEO is very open and friendly and keeps us in the loop.

High quality workers who can step up. Everyone is well aware and contributes to a good work/life balance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The devs are pretty sheltered but in a good way to keep them contributing in the most effective way.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Need to be more focused on gaming the system rather then working hard to get raises & promotions. Its been gamified to be "trendy" but in practice its distracting.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I met and made friends with the developer who interviewed me even if I didn't get onto the same team as him. So my experience is probably not the norm.
