Getting things accomplished and working with coworkers.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It has been a long time since I interviewed, but I got the job! I remember it being thorough but not threatening.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most of the people I work with are dedicated and positive people. They will work with you on things and we aren't often at odds.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are transparent about what is going on with the company and have always promoted steady leadership. They say don't get too excited about highs, but don't get too down about lows. We acknowledge "less favorable occurances" to the company, but we also celebrate successes.
