My leadership team does a great job of communicating and assisting with anything we need.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Communication and assistance. My team works very well communicating with each other and helping each other with any issues that arise.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think it's important to start at the bottom of a company and work your way up. However, the bottom tier gets paid so little that each raise that comes with a promotion is still far below the average salary for that position which makes employees feel overworked and underpaid.
