VerityStream has undergone many changes over the past few years, and we have all learned to pivot, but the best thing is that I know that leadership has a plan, and those decisions to pivot are on purpose and not haphazard.

Even though we continue to grow - it still feels like family.
What makes you most happy at work?
Before COVID-19, it was interacting with people in the office, but HealthStream has measures in place to make sure we feel connected. A lot of thought was put into action to make sure we were, and still are, taken care of during this pandemic, and I am thankful!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am amazed at the level of work that is completed and still feel a togetherness since my team is spread across four offices. Also, knowing that at any time, I can rely on any of my team members to help me out both professionally and emotionally is rare, and I am thankful!
