The team I work with at Verity Stream is very communicative and comfortable speaking with each other.

The Verity Stream leadership has been extremely abrasive and it is hard to find a thing I like best about them. They exist, and that is good.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Verity Stream needs to have a focus on ensuring the teams and resources have transparency into the goals of leadership. Often, there are comments made by leadership which seem to indicate they are out of touch with reality of the average employee.
