What are some of the best things about your team?
The respect each team member has for each other. Everyone is quite pleasant to interact with.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers and the flexibility to work remote and work at night if I have something to do during the day.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The insurance is good and the 401k matching is fair. My best compensation in my opinion is the flexibility to work remote.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel that the leadership team truly cares about the employees of the company, not just stakeholders. I believe they are passionate about what we do at HSTM and are whole heartedly deidcated to improving the quality of healthcare.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview was quite lengthy and intimidating as I interviewed with roughly 7 or 8 different people. There was also a technical test to gage my technical abilities. Even though the interview process was lengthy and difficult, I think it is the only way to ensure the right employee is hired.
