Overall, I enjoy my work. I can do without the games that some people play, but that can happen anywhere. Our CEO is a respectful person, but the person over our group needs someone to explain how to speak professionally in a group setting and to be reminded that they are at work, not in a bar.

The person that interviewed me made me very comfortable.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I work or meet with people who respect me and others.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was shocked at the increase I received for a promotion. It was less than the usual merit!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are many people who work remotely (even before the pandemic), and the organization tries to make everyone feel connected.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Bobby Frist is the best CEO I've ever worked for. I appreciate how well he communicates to all of us in the company (even those of us at the bottom of the org chart).
What are some of the best things about your team?
My immediate team works well together. We communicate on a regular basis either in a quick meeting or via Teams chat. I can count on anyone on my immediate team to help if needed.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
I would like to see people with the responsibility of having staff to be trained in how to be a manager - how to speak to their staff, how to assist their staff in improving their position in the company, etc. Too often people are promoted to manager but they don't know how to behave as a manager.
