Management needs to treat all employees fairly and not have favorites. There needs to be clear expectations.

I don't always feel challenged in the work that I do or always enjoy the work. I don't feel like a valued employee by management.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to care about their employees and want everyone to be aware of what's going on in the company. Keeping everyone informed is rare in a large company.
