They seem to be very transparent (the good type of transparency).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is very much a team culture and environment where people work together to solve things and complete work responsibilities.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being caught up (which never really happens) or more realistically, at least being somewhat caught up and at a good place with my current workload.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I participate in the 401(k) program and life insurance, however, for other benefits my wife and I are currently using her company (for medical, dental, vision, etc.). I am satisfied with the 401(k) and life insurance benefits in which I am participating now.
