Our leaders encourage our team to have real, open discussions. I'm happy to have such thoughtful and creative people to work with to bring forth better and new ideas.

The ability to meet both my potential team and my leaders. I felt I had full exposure to who I would be working with and how I would fit in.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
From top to bottom, every individual I've come across is encouraging and a thoughtful person. Each member of your team and across teams want you to be successful. It's a great environment for growth.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation structure does not align with the motivation and desire to sell as needed. Our industry does not allow for a worthwhile wage to be earned in real-time even if you're performing well.
