I've been through several transitions with HealthStream. Overall, the people who work at this company are some of the best people I've ever worked with.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My interview was rather laid back and conversational.
What makes you most happy at work?
My co-workers and the feeling of satisfaction I get when I'm able to do my job well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel like the PTO for my tenure is decent and I'm satisfied with my salary at this point.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team does a good job of promoting our vision and purpose as a company. I appreciate their care for the employees on a personal level as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My teammates are hard working people who bring many different skill sets to the table. I love my job because of my teammates and my manager. I think we have a great culture on our team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel like Bobby and Eddie do a good job of keeping us informed of what's going on with the company and keeping us aligned with our vision. But, by far, the people who work at HealthStream are what make the culture what it is.
