I am happy that we now have a 401K. The matching could be higher, but currently there are tough times all around. I do not use the health benefits, so I cannot comment.
My immediate team is the absolute best. High functioning, independent, innovative, a bit of snark and non-conformist, but not bitter or jaded. I'd say that we all tend to work in silos and don't have a lot of insight into other teams.
I like the focus on delighting customers and being responsive to customers. It keeps you making sure that you are doing a good job. Sometimes I end up spending a long time on a small thing that could just be brushed aside. But knowing that there is a customer who reported this or complained about it
