I believe the flexibility to work from home and make my own schedule is a plus. I love my boss and co-workers. I don't like the benefits.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very kind, understanding, and always there when you need help.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how we are kept up-to-date in town hall meetings and emails are sent to keep everyone updated.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am able to control my schedule and when my meetings are scheduled with clients. I love interacting with co-workers and the problem solving involved in my job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the maternity benefits are not modern whatsoever - 1 week of paid leave is unheard of and should be longer. The PTO time off should also be updated for the amount of hours we all work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When I have a client that is upset or something challenging has occurred, it's never the first reaction of my leadership or team to blame me. Everyone understands there is a lot going on and never points fingers, but tries to find a way to constructively help with the situation.
