Uncovering a mystery or providing solutions that can assist someone in accomplishing their goals.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The opportunity to interview with those in the role I was applying for. Provides time to ask questions of those in the role every day.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's performance based, not role based; which I appreciate. I also appreciate the additional guidance and support offered by the company so each person can create a benefit package applicable to them and their needs. It's a testament to the leaders wanting employees to succeed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How engrained the vision is in everything we do. The level of comfort and understanding that we are all human. We learn, we grow, we adapt and we rise to the need as a team. Although there are various teams throughout the company, you still feel as one.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The dedication to the company and the clients/communities we serve. The approachability of each team member, up and down the chain of command. The constant encouragement, even in moments of failure, and the willingness to do anything to support each other. No one is afraid to go above and beyond.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how engrained the mission, vision and values are in the culture, and the importance to the leadership team of hearing from customers and employees. The freedom, flexibility and encouragement to innovate and to think outside the box is a pleasant change of pace compared to previous employers.
