Anyone will help anyone. No one is above helping someone. We communicate well and collaborate well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They promote service to community. The office environment and amenities are great. I look forward to those when we can return back to the office.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel pay is what it should be. I do not like the 401k match because you have to put a considerable amount of your income in to get basic matches you can get anywhere else. The health premiums are high considering it is a high-deductible plan.
