What makes you most happy at work?
The things that make me most happy to work at HSTM is the direct correlation of being involved in healthcare.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team has a great pulse on innovation and transparency. Direct report managers are bar-none the reason employee retention in sales is what it is. Professionalism is a common theme. The Company constitution is forward-thinking and socially responsible.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Overall, in sales, industry rates are much higher. CEO gifted stocks to the entire workforce show his dedication to his employees. Recently commission structures were improved but still are without challenges. As a whole, compensation is not a reason I'll stay with the company,
What are some of the best things about your team?
The learning culture of HSTM is by far is its greatest strength. The sales team is comprised of people from all walks that bring dynamic and professional points of view that help contributes to the growth and development of all team members. Strong focus on team selling.
