I love working at HealthStream. It is by far the best company I have ever worked for. The people are of supreme quality, the work is challenging and the opportunity for growth is huge. At this point in my career I cannot foresee any reason why I would leave.

What makes you most happy at work?
The work I do is challenging and very rewarding. I am contently given new opportunities but never feel like I have to fend for myself.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is quick to help each other. When I was new to the team I was a never ending source of questions. My team fielded all of my questions with patience and wisdom.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have proven that they are very fiscally responsible and transparent with their employees. I genuinely trust that the leadership team is making the right decisions for the company, its employees and its customers.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The manager running the process always gave me updates. If I hadn't heard anything for a while, he would reach out to let me know things were still in process and I wasn't forgotten about.
