My co-workers and the end goal is making customers happy.

The person interviewing was friendly and made me feel relaxed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The way they interact as a team and support each other. Then can laugh and work at the same time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our salaries are lower than other similar companies. Also, within this company the same positions outside of my department are paid a higher wage.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
My position required more privacy, which is at a minimum in the new building. The new building is lovely, but a good amount of time is spent on finding meeting rooms to talk confidentially.
