They're personable and seem to have a good blend of contermporary and conservative methods in their approach.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Per Glassdoor, I'm paid appoximately 20k less than the average person with my same Job Title. Just within my local demographic I make about 13k less.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The questions are very non-standard and test certain traits and get you away from the canned answers for typical interviews. I also liked the peer interviews and viewed the value that those who'd be working with the candidate got a say in the hire.
