I liked the problem solving aspects that were introduced. They emphasized understanding if I could do the job, not canned "do you know term x" type questions.
Maybe the market has changed, but the last time I was in the job market the 401k and other incentives here related to benefits are on the low side. I would like to see a more competitive 401k package for one.
My team is willing to focus on customer need and just get things done. The amount of change we have in short order is often huge, but no one complains. We do what we must and look for ways to get better.
