For the most part everyone is dedicated to contributing to the goals of the company. People are highly collaborative and willing to help.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Many people were a part of the process; it was not up to one or two people to decide but rather felt like a group decision.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is truly concerned and bought-in to the company's vision and mission. The emphasis on our core values and employee culture is refreshing and unusual.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with people to make a difference. Those that are highly engaged are a joy to work with, and there are many here that are highly engaged.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are open and friendly. Everyone is open to ideas and there is no "I'm too good to talk to you" attitude from management, all the way up to the CEO.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The overall compensation at HealthStream is at the low end of the local market when it comes to salary. The basics components are there though including health, 401k matching, and random perks from the CEO (such as stock for all employees).
