They are collaborative and very supportive of each other

Interviewing with several folks across departments, enjoyed meeting each of them and interviewing with them

Knowing that what I do helps many other people to do what they need to do to help others
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That we have health benefits available, including dental and vision, able to buy more life insurance, and that a 401K is offered
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That everyone seems like they really care about each other, willing to jump in to help. I also love Streaming Good - being able to help one another and those in the community, I love that everyone does their part in one way or another
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am new to company but I think they have been communicating frequently during the pandemic so I hope they continue once things are back to the new normal. They are as transparent as they can be, I appreciate that as well. They really care about their employees as well as our customers
