It is a great company to work for and with. I have learned and grown so much. Sometimes projects are rushed and quality suffers - but contracts and deadlines are part of reality - so its a balancing act. Fortunately the dedicated people make up the difference!

They are very friendly, no egos, and always willing to put in extra effort to get a project done.

I feel good about what our company does - improving healthcare. And it shows in the kind of people at the company - basically - we all want to do good.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership at HealthStream is always willing to listen to its employees. Especially in these recent strange times, they have really stepped up their game in engaging the company. It really does feel like the safety and happiness of the employees is a top priority.
