I was one of a few owners of a company that was acquired by Healthstream. They worked hard to welcome our entire team and bent over backwards to integrate us into the organization. The most important thing to me is that the upper management has delivered completely on all promises.

The management team truly cares about the team and exceeding customer expectations.

Working with a great team and delivering solutions that make a difference for our customers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is enthusiastic and works together well. For a larger company than I am used to, we use collaborative tools that make it feel like working in a small company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Integrity is a major part of company culture. I like that we do the right thing for each other and for customers, but beyond that, management emphasizes doing good work in your community.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel fortunate to have a benefits package in today's environment. HR is helpful and quick to respond with any questions. Benefits are comprehensive and there are other policies like half days before holiday weekends that is great.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was part of an acquisition, so I did not go through a formal interview process. They did speak to me in depth about company culture and what to expect at Healthstream. Everything they described was dead on.
