The company has a good standing in the industry, however there are several teams within the company that get left behind. These teams are not included in the new technologies' and initiatives that Healthstream is working on. This gets very frustrating, but the company overall has always been good.

The leadership team maintains a good passion for the industry that the company services.

All of the teams within Healthstream are too siloed. The teams do not collaborate together.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to work in new technologies, and being allowed to come up with creative solutions to problems.
