Overall its satisfactory. I like the people I work with, but our products and solutions are broken. Our clients know it and the company is not investing in our core. We have leaders brushing it under the rug and they need to be fixed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That I get Health insurance.

They are visible every day around the office and online.

The variety of people that I got to interview with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The People not in management/leadership. If it wasn't for the people, a lot more individuals would quit. Management and Leadership on almost every level are not effective and are only in it for themselves.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Executive Leadership needs to listen to the employees and customers. Its not as rosey and nice as their leaders and managers are telling them. Things are broken and need to be fixed. Major problems that have been long term are still ignored.
