Overall good, although I think pay and benefits (particularly 401(k)) could stand to improve.

interacting with my teammates. All amazing people.

Willingness to listen and support.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interview felt laid back, obviously screening is involved but the interviewers felt like real people willing to joke around.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the willingness to have fun - supporting product & customers is important but we can laugh when we need to
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone has a can-do attitude and jumps in when help is needed. They're also a fun and authentic group who likes having fun.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
On my team workload has only increased at this point in the product's life and increased work/stressload should be reflected in salary (understandable to postpone raises due to the pandemic but would like to see these be revisited in the future if at all possible)
