We are a TEAM and we have each other's back. I know if I am struggling with something, they will help me out
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would love to see a pay range for my job title. I have been asking for this for years but I still do not have it. This would make me feel more comfortable if I am being paid fairly.
