I work at VerityStream, which is part of HealthStream. This is a newer company and the lack of tenure together shows. I believe this company has HUGE potential, if only the executive leadership team would start to help different departments work better together and better resource key teams.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I work under the VerityStream leadership team. They are trying to grow a great industry leading company.
What makes you most happy at work?
Some days everything flows right and the team is working in unison, solving BIG problems. Those are the coolest days!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Last year, Bobby Frist made many of us owners of HealthStream via a stock grant. I feel so connected to our company's future now!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People at this company share what they know. For the most part, people don't keep knowledge to themselves; that way we all get better!
What did you like most about the interview process?
I spoke with my hiring manager and the hiring manager's boss, so I got a clear idea of the goals they wanted the new hire to achieve.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team I work on works very hard, but we try to have fun doing it. I appreciate that everyone is willing to dive in and help when someone else is swamped. We're all trying to get to the same goal.
