The people and how everyone interacts with each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Honestly the pay is sub par. Truthfully only thinking of leaving due to they pay.

We get to discuss any issues we are having and can work it out with all of my coworkers.

They all are knowledgeable and either have the answer to your question or knows who to ask to get an answer.
