They recognize more than just closing deals! You feel noticed and appreciated on a consistent basis

We are transparent, collaborative and people actually want to help you be the best version of yourself. It's a good feeling to feel supported by your team!
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to meet multiple people with different job roles which allowed me to get a realistic picture of the company and culture. I enjoyed the presentation I had to give as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Working on the sales team, the commission is good but the base salary(Guaranteed income) is well below the industry average. Base Salaries could be increased by 20-30% to be more in line with the industry average
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is very transparent on what is going on within the organization. They give you the autonomy to learn, make mistakes, try new things and ask for help without fear of being perceived as incompetent or risk of losing your job.
