Public and personal recognition of hard work, achievement, and living our values. Very encouraging. Individual recognition at a personal level by close managers
What did you like most about the interview process?
I dont have much to say on this, despite a lot of interviewing experience. I was a fairly well-known entity before the interview, so I may not be representative of the larger body.
What makes you most happy at work?
Empowering, solving puzzles, creating: Empowering customers to achieve success in their business objectives through our software solutions. Solving the logical, and human, puzzles of how to best leverage our software solutions to those ends. Creating elegant lasting solutions toward those ends.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Positive human-focused attitude, goals, and showing they care about the people, both customers and employees. In levels closer to mine, where it's more personal, very public recognition of individual employee hard work and living our company values. Setting the example of living company values
