What makes you most happy at work?
My ability to effect change on my team, in our products and within the larger organization. It allows me to express my passion for improvement.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was tough, but the interviewers were clear and straightforward. They gave constructive feedback and understood the difference between momentary nerves and overall potential.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My small team listens. When issues arise we don't buckle down and move into self-protection. Instead we work together to resolve issues and leave the solution to the team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The HealthStream leadership team certainly keeps the company growing through sound financial decisions, but beyond the skill of running a company they lead by example and put people first. Having worked at many big companies, I see this team promote and favor their employees in extraordinary ways!
