Overall, I think HealthStream is a great company. The main office is clearly more organized as opposed to my local office. I am still confused about who I should take directives from as current management still has a strong influence over the newly reorganized teams.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is agile, humble, team players, and able to quickly overcome challenges.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was interviewed by my manager so I knew who would be my direct report and what to expect.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even during this pandemic, we are looking for creative ways to Stream Good and keep in touch with one another.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to interact with my team and work with other teams to brainstorm ways to bring happiness to our virtual workspace.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if I were compensated based on the value I bring to my team. I was promoted and given a small increase due to my length of service-not value.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The CEO and President do weekly Townhalls and send emails pointing out the health of the company. They are transparent and show that they too are human and provide advice on how to deal with the current climate in America. The director and manager of my department have also been very supportive.
