In my 6.5 years, I can say that the majority of the time, I am very happy. I love serving the healthcare industry. The only times when I feel unhappy is when I am not communicated with.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was just okay. Not much thought goes into it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They will meet with anyone, regardless of title. They do a pretty good job of communicating what is going on.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our base salaries and commission rates are not in line with industry averages (Sales). I think we are paid well compared to others in HSTM, and that seems to be the way that the executive committee views how Sales is compensated.
