What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are sincere, knowledgable, and available.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love being able to interact strategically with my clients and know that I am bringing them benefit by helping them navigate their systems educational success by helping them navigate both industry and Healthstream internal challenges.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People enjoy their work and are genuinely invested in the welcoming culture and in relationship building. There is also a lot of good energy toward leadership and even when frustrated, there is an appreciation for what the environment and company provides.
What are some of the best things about your team?
This is not a meeting centric culture but we are strongly driven by communication. I do wish we had more small team collaboration. As a new AE the support and interaction with my team mates has been very helpful in my growth and learning curve.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This company offers a low base salary for a senior salesperson. That was fine when the commission structure was more generous. With commisions dropping to half of what they were in 2019 and no rise in base I feel they put the security of their sales team in jeopardy and increased turnover risk.
