Meeting my director and other team members and learning about the job.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I'm grateful to have health benefits but the out of pockets costs (deductibles, co-insurance) for regular appointments are outrageous.

What makes you most happy at work?

The work. I love what I do and I have the opportunity to work from home so that makes me very happy.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I want to build my own company.
