Compensation is not at market value given the number of direct reports, products supported and my responsibilities compared to others in the same role.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I'd like the VerityStream leadership team be more approachable. I'd also like to see improved communication, sharing of internal processes and product knowledge clearly communicated and shared across the organization and across offices.
