Pretty frustrating. There are a lot of good qualities, but our number one product has issues that need development work and no one seems to be working on it. Getting the message to the right people is difficult with so many layers and having to follow a "process"

I wish there was another option. I think the work environment is part positive and part negative.

Nice customers. Like the ability to make a difference. Feels good when there is success. I like my direct manager
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think as a tenured salesperson, the base is very low compared to similar companies. I think the base plus commission should be more in line with similar jobs.
