Okay company with good prospects. Leadership for the most part is willing to push forward and change with the times. The number one lacking thing is benefits and pay.

Good communication, accepts constructive criticisms, hard working, and overall friendly and fun.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was not too long, they asked relevant questions, and were professional and friendly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open and honest. They usually listen to reason. And they welcome feedback. For the most part, they care about their employees.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Honestly just compensation. While leadership acts like they listen to our feedback, they will do everything except give us competitive pay. It's the main reason why I'm considering leaving.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Healthstream pays way under the market rate for highly skilled positions. There is constant turnover because they don't offer competitive salaries, which leads to a lot of knowledge lost every time a good employee leaves. This probably costs the company more in the long run.
