I work weekends when I am busy. I have a heavy work load that is not equally shared. they know I can handle the work, so I get stuck doing it. I know how much money I help make for this company, yet bonuses were taken away nor do I receive the laughable spot bonuses in lieu of my previous bonus.

We deserve more pay. We are treated like common customer service representatives but our technical knowledge is very high. Similar tech support reps in our industry make almost twice as much and our insurance is outrageous
