My work load has increased significantally and there has been little to no effort to recognize the unbalanced work load. No talks about reworking failing projects, no career development and anytime i would like to address an issue it's always a brick wall

We are not being listened to, we are not being invovled with decisions, everything that is coming down from leadership isn't properly communicated and all it feels like is "THIS IS WHAT IS HAPPENING NOW AND YOU"RE GOING TO DEAL WITH IT"

This is a very broad question that I do not have the perfect answer for. What I do know is that our leadership should not refer to us as a "family". We care for and respect one another, but we are colleagues. Expecting 100% productivity is never going happen. Demonstrate more empathy and listen.
