I feel undervalued because I'm exploited. I'm not allowed to disconnect calls when customers are verbally abusive, the system is always having issues, I've begged for a different schedule but seniority doesn't matter. They accommodate newer employees but not the tenured ones who have stuck it out.

The agents I work with are great but sadly the best ones move on after a few months because they can see that management doesn't know what they're doing. That's because we have new supervisors every few months. They don't coach you to succeed. They coach you out so they can hire someone cheaper!

The company doesn't care that we all have families to support. They want you to live on their phones and be available at all hours for your job. If you can't work any shift from 3 am to 12 am, they don't even hire you.

Literally everything. We need more pay if they want us to take calls for 5+ departments or they can lighten the workload. The system needs to be fixed to do our job effectively. We need to stop being wrote up for things out of control. The blackout days need to come to an end.
