a proper alignment of salary to contribution

The recruit new people with high salaries and expect old employees to train and scale up the employees who are underpaid. Correction of salaries of tenured employees can help get back the confidence of employees.

Too much politics in management. Appreciating the efforts of an individual will be a good approach to make the employee feel valued.
